Wallace & Wallace Lawyers is a medium sized Mackay based firm with an experienced team practising in all areas of law. We also have a visited office in Moranbah.
Mackay is the services hub to the Bowen Basin mining industry, an established agricultural centre and the gateway to the Whitsundays.
With 20+ professional staff and 20+ support staff this well-established firm, having practiced in Mackay for the last 50 years is highly regarded working with a diverse local, intra & interstate client portfolio.
About the Role
As a Personal Injury Lawyer, you will:

Represent clients in personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries and public liability cases;

Provide expert legal advice and manage cases from initial consultation through to resolution;

Prepare and review legal documents, negotiate settlements, and advocate for clients in court when necessary; and
-
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
What We Are Looking For

Qualifications: Law degree and current practicing certificate;
-
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in personal injury law (plaintiff experience preferred);

Strong negotiation and litigation skills;
-
Excellent communication, empathy, and attention to detail; and

Ability to manage a busy caseload and work independently.
